Halawa El Rashidi El Mizan balls with pistachio and chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried cherries
  • ¼ cup dried pineapple
  • ¼ cup dried apricot
  • 150 g Halawa El Rashidi El Mizan
  • 15 gm butter
  • ¼ cup cream
  • ¾ cup coconut
  • ¾ cup pistachio, crushed
  • Dark chocolate for garnish

Directions

Add cherries, pineapple, apricot, coconut and cream together and whisk well. Add Halawa El Rashidi El Mizan paste to the butter and whisk, and then leave till it slightly hardens. Dip into the crushed pistachio then garnish with the chocolate.
